My Design Process
Meet with Subject Matter Experts and Stakeholders to determine the needs of their team members
Design learning solutions for a variety of learners with feedback from Subject Matter Experts and Stakeholders
Develop eLearning, Instructor Led and Virtual Instructor Led Training, as well as Micro-Learning to align with learning objectives
Implement training and evaluate whether the needs of the learners have been met
