Learning is my passion! To me, there is nothing better than helping to design and develop a course that makes someone's life better, or their job easier, especially when working with adults. Taking existing content and helping to mold it into a module that will meet the needs of a variety of learners motivates me.

Beginning with the "Kickoff" meeting and progressing through to the finalized course and beyond, I work with stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure that the course my clients receive helps to meet the needs of their employees and initiate a positive change in their workplace.

Though I began my career as a classroom English teacher, I realized that I could do even more for learners as an Instructional Designer. 

That's when I found the Applied Instructional Design Academy (AIDA), which helped to formalize my Instructional Design training. 

Now, as a working Instructional Designer, I design and develop courses to ensure adults can grow and learn and take training with them to their place of employment.  My previous career experience helps to ensure that all modules are developed in an interactive and engaging modality that will reach all learners, no matter where they begin.

When I am not designing and developing courses, I enjoy reading, spending time with my family, and loving on my fur babies.
