Welcome! Learning is my absolute passion, and nothing fulfills me more than creating adult training modules that make someone's job easier or their life better. I bring over 20 years of experience in learning and development to the table, including the last 3 years specializing as a Corporate Instructional Designer. I truly love the creative challenge of transforming raw content into engaging, interactive modules that resonate with diverse learners.

My process is deeply collaborative. From the initial kickoff meeting to the final rollout, I partner closely with stakeholders and subject matter experts to deliver courses that drive positive workplace change. I actually began my career as a classroom English teacher before expanding my impact through design, leading me to formalize my skills at the Applied Instructional Design Academy (AIDA). Today, my journey has come full circle: I proudly serve as a mentor for AIDA, helping the next generation of new Instructional Designers achieve their career goals.
